A Note to White Bridge Builders


As you navigate the Academy, you will find courses and content that serves people of every background at every stage of their journey. What may come as a surprise is the resources created for BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Color) as most of those resources are outside the Black/White binary. As you engage this content, our hope is that you increasingly experience afresh our incredibly diverse and complex world.

What may come as a surprise is the resources created for White Bridge Builders. The history, realities of racism, and its consequences may be triggering for you. Remember, the goal is to meet everyone where they are. If you decide to engage that content, handle yourselves with care.

We offer a range of courses that are pre-recorded in order for you to get what you need at times that work for you. These courses have not only a video lesson to watch, but guided reading material as well as reflection and journal prompts to help you process on your own.
